    NextGen-C2; A COMMAND level view of the critical inflection-points in air operations where AOC’s, Command Post (CP), Base Operation Support (BOS), and expeditionary units, will unify in their demand for absolute situational awareness from the reach-back centers when delivering the timely decision support function.

    Resilient software defined IP centric eco systems will be essential tools for Commanders and operational users to overcome the inherent communication challenges that comes when moving legacy assets to the next level.

    Equally important will be access to vital cross domain networks and the coms assets required to meet the mission needs of tomorrows warfighter.

    Presenter Short Biography

    John Wherry joined the Frequentis Defense Group at the U.S, Washington DC operations in 2014 as Vice President of Defense. Currently he is responsible for all divisions within the U.S Department of Defense, both domestic and international efforts. In this capacity his is also responsible for all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) interest with Frequentis globally.
    He brings over 26 years of communications and defense industry experience in command & control readiness initiatives. Prior assignments include; Director of Federal Sales, with the Airbus organization for their U.S operations where his responsibilities included leading the IA and Cyber information assurance programs for all DoD certification efforts. Early on in his career he served as General Manager leading the broadband networks group at Fujitsu Business Communications. There his attention was leading the secure networks efforts for Fujistu in their Western U.S region.
    Education: University of California, Fullerton – Economics
